Booking rule

Requests for availability and quotations can reach us by phone and email.
Except for special cases, booking requests must reach us by e-mail. An email indicating the name (s) of the guests is required (one for each room reserved), a reference mobile phone, which we will use only in case of need, and the expected time of arrival. Our booking confirmation email will follow.
All prices are per room and are expressed in Euros, including VAT.
To validate reservations, we require credit card data (card type, number, expiry and holder) as a guarantee only as a guarantee (no withdrawal is made), or a deposit by bank transfer.
The balance can be paid on the spot, in cash, debit or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO circuits only), or by bank transfer (about a week before the start of the stay).
Our cancellation policy does not provide for any penalty and guarantees the return of any deposit paid, in the case of cancellation up to 7 days from the date of arrival.In the case of cancellation of the reservation in the 6 days prior to the arrival date, however, it is a penalty corresponding to the cost of one night per room is foreseen.
